A wonderful day for all pottery lovers visiting some of our
favourite factory shops in Stoke on Trent. We start the day at
Churchill’s Pottery one of the world’s leading manufacturers
of quality tableware. We then move to Middleport Pottery,
on site you’ll find the Visitor Centre where you can explore
the history of the factory and the pottery made here, browse
or purchase the latest collections plus the Burleigh factory
shop and the small independent shops based here. We
continue to Portmeirion Pottery with an unrivalled choice
of fantastic products from some of the biggest names in
British pottery - Portmeirion, Spode, and Royal Worcester.
This afternoon we continue to Trentham Shopping Village
for lunchtime refreshments with numerous cafes and
restaurants before you browse the high street of timber lodges and discover gift shops and quirky stores. An
alternative is to visit the Trentham Garden Centre, a Blue Diamond flagship with a huge selection of products and
plants for the home and garden. The centre is also home to an Italian restaurant and Six Arches Restaurant.
