The Royal Air Force Museum London offers a fun, entertaining day out for all the family whatever the weather. Get ready for take-off! Explore the skies and uncover the immense history of the RAF located in six hangers. Situated in Hangar 1 the main entrance, is an introductory exhibition an ideal place to start your visit. Explore the first 100 years of the Royal Air Force through the stories of its people and partners from its formation in 1918 as the world’s first independent air force. The exhibition ‘Higher, Faster, Further, relates the RAF 1919 - 1939' located in Hangars 3 and 5. To refuel the Sunderland Café in Hanger 1 offers light snacks and hot and cold drinks while the Hendon Kitchen will cover all your food and drink needs during your visit including a lunch menu situated between Hangar 2 and Hangar 6. At the Museum Shop there are souvenirs, books and a range of exclusive products relating to the RAF.
For those that prefer we can transfer you to London city centre drop off and pick up later for a day of sightseeing, shopping and to discover our exciting capital this Easter.
