THAMES RIVER CRUISE from WESTMINISTER PIER to MARITIME, GREENWICH

We travel to London this morning and at Westminster Pier we board a Thames River Boat cruising to Greenwich Pier.  As we cruise along, you pass many historic and interesting landmarks such as the London Eye, St Pauls Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, HMS Belfast, The Tower of London and many more.  The crew will provide a running commentary and serve hot and cold drinks at the bar at own cost.  We disembark at Greenwich Pier and after a short walk through quaint streets, we arrive at Maritime Greenwich, a world heritage site with a range of attractions.  The National Maritime Museum is free admission but you need to buy tickets for the Royal Naval College, The Astronomy Centre at the Royal Observatory and the Cutty Sark.  There are lots of places for refreshments in the town from pubs, restaurants and cafes and many shops for retail therapy.  Take a stroll along the river or relax in Greenwich Park.
