This morning, we travel through the scenic Cotswolds to Batsford Arboretum which is home to a unique collection of some of the world’s most beautiful and rare trees, shrubs and bamboos spread across 60 acres.  There is a choice of paths and walks to navigate depending upon your ability where you can escape the heat of the summer sun under the tree canopy.  Admire the fantastic views across the Batsford Estate with a chance to see the herd of deer peacefully grazing.  Explore the Batsford Garden Centre a haven for garden and plant lovers!  Enjoy a delicious lunch with indoor and outdoor seating at the Garden Terrace Café in the Visitor Centre and later indulge in some retail therapy at the Arboretum Gift Shop.
